These terms apply to you and E-Scape Productions LLC (“E-Scape”) regarding your use of our games, websites, discussion forums, and related services (“Services”). Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
License to use
Subject to these TOS, E-Scape grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the Services except as allowed by law.
Accounts and storefronts
Some games are distributed through third-party stores (Google Play, Apple App Store, Amazon, and others). Those platforms’ terms also apply. Store availability can change if publisher accounts lapse or listings are removed.
User conduct
- Do not misuse the Services or attempt to disrupt them.
- Do not harass other players or our team through official channels.
- Do not use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized automation where it harms fair play.
Intellectual property
Games, branding, artwork, music, and website content are owned by E-Scape or its licensors. “E-Scape Productions” and related marks are used to identify our studio and products.
Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. E-Scape does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-Scape is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
United States dispute resolution
For United States residents, disputes may be subject to binding individual arbitration and a class-action waiver as described in our prior published TOS language. If you have a dispute, contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.
